Residential

Habilitative Opportunities' Residential Program focuses on developing and maintaining skills based on assessed activities of daily living and preferences of the indviduals we support. Formalized support includes, but is not limited to: meal preparation, personal finances, socializing, home management, personal hygiene, community access, and leisure and recreational skills.

On the residential side, Hab Opps offers group home living in three bedroom town homes with 24-hour supervision. Activities in this room and board setting focus on skill and resource development that will result in greater residential choice. Additionally, Hab Opps provides support in a wide variety of individualized settings that foster the development of authentic lifestyles and community choices.

For eligible individuals who prefer to live with their families, Hab Opps offers in-home support to assist them to develop skills that will help them exercise greater independence.

Hab Opps contacts others to provide safe and independent living in Companion Homes as well as family living options in Extended Family Homes.
